Thanks for shopping with Shticker! This page explains how we ship, how long it takes, and what to expect after you place an order. If anything here isn't clear, email us at support@getshtickers.com and we'll get back to you within one business day.

How Our Products Are Made and Shipped

Shticker products are made to order. We partner with a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment company (Printify) to print and ship every item individually after you place your order. This means your sticker, mug, or other item is created specifically for you — nothing sits on a shelf in a warehouse. It also means total order time has two parts: production time + shipping time.

Production Time

Production typically takes 2–5 business days after your order is placed. This is the time it takes for our print partner to receive the order, print and quality-check the item, and hand it off to the carrier.

Production time does not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. During high-volume periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, December holidays), production may take 5–7 business days.

Shipping Time

After production, shipping time depends on the destination and the carrier:

United States

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (chosen by our print partner based on destination and product)

Canada

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

International (where available)

• Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Combining production and shipping, here's what to expect from the day you order:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and customs holds can occasionally extend delivery times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order. Orders over $25 ship free within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the email is sent — this is normal and not a sign of a problem.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and most international destinations. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, we're not able to ship there at this time.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please email support@getshtickers.com with your order number. We'll work with our print partner to investigate.

• Lost packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
• Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll send a replacement.
• Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order enters production (typically within a few hours of being placed), we may not be able to change the address. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Because our products are made to order, we can only accept cancellations or changes within 2 hours of order placement. After that, production may have already started. To request a cancellation or change, email support@getshtickers.com as soon as possible with your order number.
